Over the next two weeks large differences in average high and average minimum temperatures  will be concentrated over parts of the Central and Southern Plains as well as parts of the East.  Counties with large cattle feeding areas like Parmer, Castro, and Deaf Smith in Texas could see average minimum temperatures in excess of 3 degrees Fahrenheit above normal, while Weld county in Colorado could see minimum temperatures in excess of 2 degrees Fahrenheit.
